SnackTab Terms of Use
1. Using SnackTab
By creating an account you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy. You must be 18 or over to hold an account. You may add family profiles, including for your children, and you are responsible for what you enter about them.
2. What SnackTab is, and isn't
SnackTab estimates calories from photos, barcodes and labels and expresses them as minutes of exercise. Every number is an estimate produced by an AI model or a public food database, and it can be wrong. SnackTab is a snack decision helper. It is not medical, nutritional or fitness advice, it is not a diet tool, and it never decides for you. If you have a medical condition or an eating disorder, talk to a professional, not an app.
3. Your account
Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can delete it at any time from inside the app or via our account deletion page.
4. SnackTab Pro, the free trial and billing
- Barcode scans, the tab, workouts, ledger, meals and stats are free.
- Photo scans, nutrition-label reading and family profiles need SnackTab Pro. Every new account gets one free photo scan first.
- Pro is a monthly subscription sold through Google Play. The price is shown in the app in your local currency before you subscribe.
- New subscribers get a 7-day free trial. When the trial ends, Google Play charges the monthly price automatically and keeps doing so each month until you cancel. Cancel any time in Google Play → Subscriptions; if you cancel during the trial you are not charged.
- Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period already paid or the trial. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy.
- We verify every purchase with Google. Play's own terms apply to the payment.
5. Referrals
You may share your referral code. When a friend who used your code starts a free trial or subscribes, we add free photo scans to your account, up to a limit shown in the app. Rewards are for genuine new users; we may withhold or remove rewards from accounts created to game the scheme, and we may change or end the scheme at any time.
6. Your content
Photos and text you upload stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them, including sending them to the AI service described in the privacy policy, so the app can do what you asked. Nutrition facts read from a label you photographed may be cached for other users; that cache never contains your photo or anything about you.
7. Acceptable use
Don't use SnackTab to break the law, to harm others, to attack or overload the service, or to reverse-engineer it. We may suspend accounts that do.
8. Changes and ending the service
We may change SnackTab, these terms or the price. Price changes never apply until Google Play has told you and you have had the chance to cancel. If we ever shut SnackTab down we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
9. Liability
SnackTab is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions you make based on its estimates, or for loss that was not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which Dev404System is established, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in.
