Hometown Kart: delete your account
You can delete your online account, and everything that belongs to it, whenever you like.
In the game
Open Settings, choose Delete account, then press it again to confirm. The account is deleted straight away and the game signs out. Racing on your own is not affected.
Without the game
Email phillipbaden@gmail.com with the subject Delete my Hometown Kart account, your racer name, and the email address of your account if it has one. We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your account: its user ID, and its email address if it has one.
- Your racer name online and your kart's look.
- Your race results, personal bests and leaderboard places.
Nothing linked to you is kept. Crash reports carry no account, name or email, so they are not linked to you; they are deleted automatically after 90 days. The game server's operational logs, which can include your internet address, are deleted automatically after 30 days. The settings and racer name saved on your own device stay there until you uninstall the game.
